The show formerly known as Abingdon Fayre was formed in the year 2000 as a small fete, which has grown into a respected annual event in the community calendar.
The show relies on funds generated from the previous event which then helps to fund the next event with any local sponsorship being welcomed.
Annually the show costs a minimum of around £80,000 to run.

The show is run by a small team of committee members who put it all together when spare time allows.
The set up / showday and break down days are volunteers who give up there spare time to help us which we are truly grateful for.
We would also like to thank all the past committee members and volunteers who have given their time over the years.

- The show has donated just over £102,000 to charities over the years, of which:
- £83,895.70 to the Thames Valley Air Ambulance Trust.
- £14,000 to the Helen & Douglas House Respite Centre in Oxford.
- £4,350.00 to local charities
